Health & Wellness Blog Posts
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a series of well-researched health & wellness blog posts that genuinely educate my readers. Each article should break down complex information into clear, engaging language, backed by reputable sources such as peer-reviewed journals, government guidelines, or recognized medical associations.
Scope
• Topic range: nutrition, fitness, mental health, preventive care, and lifestyle habits—all framed for a general audience curious about improving everyday wellbeing.
• Tone: friendly, evidence-based, free of jargon, with a clear takeaway the reader can act on immediately.
• SEO basics: natural keyword placement, compelling headline (H1), logical sub-headings (H2/H3), meta description (up to 160 characters), and a short, enticing excerpt for social sharing.
• Length: 900–1,200 words each unless a particular subject demands more depth.
• Citations: minimum of three authoritative references per post, linked inline.
• Format: Google Doc (or Word), ready for direct upload to WordPress—please include a suggested slug and featured-image idea.
Acceptance criteria
1. Facts are accurate and cited.
2. Readability score targets Grade 8–10.
3. Content passes Copyscape/Turnitin (100 % original).
4. Headline and meta description meet Yoast SEO “green” standards.
If an emerging wellness trend or new study deserves coverage, feel free to pitch it; otherwise, I’ll provide working titles and key points for the first batch once we agree to start.
