Content writer for website blogging and social media channels in HVAC industry

I am looking for a content writer for my HVAC business in Calgary, Canada. The job is to post monthly in the blog section of the website and to post weekly on social media channels (facebook, instagram, twitter and linkedin). I had another local company doing the same work for a few months, but I discontinued their services. The new content writer has to pick up where the previous marketing company left off. It is very much preferred to appeal to local folks here, so the content writer has to be familiar or familiarize himself with local theme.

The content has to be SEO friendly, and the content writer needs to be familiar with SEO strategy. Additional skills are welcomed and more work may be provided for further SEO improvements such as backlinking, on-page and off-page optimization.
