Content creation for a SaaS company

We're launching a new version of our customer interaction software (https://iService.us) and need a content writer to create blogs, landing pages, and social media posts. You MUST have the following experience to be considered.
- Good examples of prior blogs
- Knowledge of the SaaS market and business model
- Past work with software companies
- An understanding of the customer service automation space (ZenDesk, Salesforce, FreshDesk, Egain, Verint, and other companies in this space)
If you have the ability to also prepare and present product demos that would be a huge plus.
