Casual Solo Travel Blog Writer

Job ID: 40367140

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

You’ll be crafting lively, story-driven articles for my travel blog, a space geared toward adventurous solo travelers who value authenticity over glossy brochure copy. The voice is casual and conversational—think friendly travel buddy sharing real-world tips rather than a formal guidebook.

I need content that:
• Paints a clear picture of destinations while weaving in first-hand style anecdotes, budgeting hacks, and safety pointers solo explorers genuinely use.
• Balances inspiration with practical details (transport links, local customs, must-try eats) so readers can replicate the journey without feeling lectured.
• Integrates basic on-page SEO—natural keyword placement, engaging sub-headings, meta description, and a punchy title—to keep the posts discoverable.

Deliverables
• Four blog posts each month, 1,000–1,200 words apiece.
• At least three royalty-free images per article, sourced or taken by you, with proper attribution where required.
• Drafts uploaded directly to WordPress in “Pending Review,” formatted and tagged.
• One revision round per post to polish voice or factual accuracy.

Acceptance criteria
A post is complete when it sits in WordPress, passes Grammarly for clarity and tone, scores “green” on Yoast readability and SEO, and includes all images, alt text, and outbound/internal links.

If that workflow clicks with you, let’s get the first destination on the map.
