Blog on Research & Grant Management (in business process context of finance/project management)
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
Am looking to have a business-focused blog written (between 1200-1500 words) on the topic of Research & Grants (Grantee) Management in the context of the financial aspect (funds and grants management) and the project management aspect.
The blog should be build up by first focusing on the trends in Higher Education/Universities e.g. operational excellence, from there creating a sense of urgency "losing grant money by not having insights and with that putting the reputation on the line" and from there offer a 'solution' with a focus on streamlining the end-to-end research management flow with digital tools that are connected and provide real-time insights on the grant spending, budget status, project status etc.
