news website - need to rebuilt live Website

I need an existing website rebuilt. I need you to design and build my blog.

current website is in WordPress
but for the performance and speed of the website not satisfying

need to rebuilt that website with existing data/posts to a new website

priority:
1. website speed - within 0.s need to load the site & full page load time within 3-4 s
and in mobile it should be maximum within 0-2.5 s
2. performance
3. gtmetrix it should be A grade

website requirements will be shared in detail during individual conversation

will share the reference site to check the language used in it for say laravel or codeigniter
