I need An experienced developer from India
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I want to develop a basic system with a database where the client can send standard messages (text and/or images) to a database of WhatsApp numbers.....
they gave me a sample they found on Chrome (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/wamessages-wamessages-sen/fbkejdngkadphfgbmmhdcjcdemkjcnco?hl=en) but they don't want the database of contacts shared to other system. They also don't need it to have so many features.
Main features is
1. Database of contacts (can import contacts or direct input) into different categories. Example Management, Managers or All Staff.
2. When sending out the WhatsApp messages, can select the categories needed or by individuals.
3. Content of the message is standard (text and/or image) for all in the list selected. No need to have personalised messages.
4. Receivers have option to unsubscribe.
Please check everything carefully and let me know if you can do it. I'm very tight on budget as I'm not the direct client.. I'm an employer so if you provide me good work on an affordable price, you can expect regular work from my side.
Note: You must be fluent in English and Hindi for better communication....
