laravel multivendor shipping integration

Individual (ii) :-
- Able to support Marketplace flow as well.
- All the shipping fees are borne/ controlled by the main account holder. (E.g Marketplace platform)
- Multiple sellers are not required to sign up for an EasyParcel account.
- The website owner would need to go to the EasyParcel's website to purchase top up packages and the delivery fees would be deducted from your balance in your account.
