WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We need a full-time Web Developer! This is a remote (work from home) position.
Our Web Developer needs to be a born problem solver with an eye for design. You should be able to take care of technical and maintenance tasks efficiently. We have a lot of day-to-day tasks, so you should be able to communicate well in English with remote team members and be good at task management.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Design-oriented: You should have an eye for design and knowing when a site works well visually. You're comfortable editing graphics. You have creative solutions to incorporate into our website designs.
- Detail-oriented: The devil is in the details. You should have a habit of double-checking your work to make sure that there are no mistakes or possible problems once the task is completed.
- Problem-solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Experience working with Godaddy and other common domain and hosting servers.
- Expertise in SEO.
- Familiarity with HighLevel, ClickUp, and Publer is a plus.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer is a plus.
- An understanding of Digital Marketing.
Examples of daily tasks:
- Handling website maintenance tasks from clients (Duda, GHL, GoDaddy, etc.)
- Building new websites on Duda based on our templates.
- Publishing/scheduling blog articles on the sites.
- Scheduling social content using Publer.
- Helping with maintenance requests from the team.
