SCSS expert

We are looking for a SCSS expert. We are finalising a task tracking / project management table.
The formatting / layout of the task table is poor with too much white space and bad mobile view.
We want someone to clean it up so it performs as nearly as a spreadsheet. 1 task = 1 row. The cell titles must align the header titles when there are dropdown / child tasks
