Need a SquareUp Checkout Payment Form PHP (experience with Square)

Hi there. I'm hoping to find a developer with prior experience with Square's API. ie squareup.com
Square has an older API where there is a popular HTML payment form that was used to hook up to any products list. I want to try to get this working so I can pass an Order ID and amount to it to pay for Orders from any project I want to.
We of course will hard code the locationID, the CustomerID, the token info and Square Application ID info.
