Build me a website using NopCommerce platform

Hi, Good Day, We need a nopCommerce website for the medical distribution business. Both Mobile and web applications. We know the budget listed won't be feasible but you can propose your budget as a proposal. The selection will be done based on the proposal.

If you don't have experience with nopcommerce, please don't bid because we are not going to change the platform. Finally, If the proposal is appealing only we will be moving with the direct or online appointments
