Chat Support & Blog Design

I need a single freelancer who can seamlessly combine two skills:

1. Real-time chat support

2. Fresh, visitor-friendly blog design.

Chat responsibilities
• Monitor my site’s live chat during agreed hours.
• Reply in clear, concise language that solves questions quickly and keeps the conversation meaningful.
• Maintain a friendly, brand-consistent tone and log recurring questions so I can improve our FAQ.

Blog design responsibilities
• Create a complete blog layout—home page, post template, intuitive navigation and an eye-catching header.
• Craft a responsive design that looks great on desktop and mobile.
• Optimise for fast load times, SEO basics and easy content updates (WordPress, Webflow or your suggested CMS).
• Integrate the live-chat widget you’ll be managing so the look and feel stay consistent.
• Provide at least two visual mock-ups; refine the chosen concept until we hit a polished final version.

Style direction
I’m open to minimalist, modern or even more creative approaches—surprise me with what best suits the content and audience.

Deliverables
• Finalised blog theme files or published site
• Chat response guideline document
• One week of post-launch support for any tweaks
