Blog Restoration and Update

I'm looking to restore and update an old Blogspot blog. The posts are still there, but the site is gone.

Key Requirements:
- Restore the blog (keeping it on Blogspot or moving to another platform like WordPress)
- Update existing content
- Add new features:
- Email subscription
- Sub-section by subject

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Blogspot and WordPress
- Content updating and blog restoration expertise
- Familiarity with email subscription integration and blog organization
