AdSense Blog & Thumbnail Optimization

I’m launching a tech-reviews blog and want it to pass AdSense approval on the first attempt while earning well from day one. I need someone who can handle three core pieces of the puzzle:
1. Build or refine a policy-friendly WordPress site dedicated to tech reviews, including all the pages AdSense expects (privacy, disclaimer, contact, etc.), responsive design, fast loading, and a clean layout that still leaves room for strong monetisation.
2. Map out and implement smart ad placement strategies—above the fold, in-content, and sticky options—so we can test and dial in the highest RPM without hurting user experience.
3. Tighten the site’s SEO from the ground up: keyword research, on-page optimisation, schema markup, and Yoast (or Rank Math) configuration so posts start ranking quickly.
4. Design eye-catching, high-CTR YouTube thumbnails that match the blog’s branding. I’ll provide the video topics; you deliver the thumbnails ready to upload.

• Optimised ad layout with clear reasoning behind each placement
• SEO checklist showing what was improved and the ranking tools used
• A starter pack of custom thumbnail files (PSD/PNG) alongside editable templates for future videos
