web-service web3 -- 3

We need a web-service which takes a web3 provider, 2 contract addresses, , 2 amounts, and a private key
and then uses the private key to make a swap using pancake swap between the 2 contracts
It should be usable on Polygon and BSC (using web3 provider parameter)
