simple solana token build

I am looking for a skilled developer who has experience with Solana to create a basic token. This project will involve building a token with the following characteristics:
- A buy and sell tax of 5%: The token should automatically tax 5% on buys and sells.
- Fixed supply: The token should have a fixed supply. This means that once the tokens are created, the total token supply will not change.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Proficiency in Solana development
- Experience in creating tokens with unique tax structures
- Understanding of the difference between fixed and variable token supplies.
