simple bridge contract

I am making Bridge to transfer my token between BSC and polygon. (Actually, I don't need to transfer other tokens)
This bridge is for just only my token.
Frontend was already finished.
but I am not familiar with smart contract.
I am looking for person who can completed smart contract.
