I need a helper to develop a hyperledger fabric based project

the scenario is there is a market place website online which has agreement with a random bank ok. theese two organizations are in a network , clearly a block chain network . a customer has a bank account in that bank he has credentials to login thr bank and he can acces the current balance and previous transactions in baank website. for example he has 10 dollars in his bank account. and he want to purchase a product from market place , the cost of the product is 5 dollars, so he signed in market place and account with his credentials and in the market website he purchased that product then market place requested 5 dollars from his bank account and bank agreed and reansfered that money and market sent the product to customer after it receives the monry from bank and transaction is recorded at banks and markets ledgers and customer loged in banks account and observed the 5 dollars debited form his bank account that is the scenario
