I need a developer or maybe a couple.

Okay, I have been researching blockchain for the past month or so and I have tons of ideas I would like to do with this. I think blockchain creates so many opportunities for anyone that can get their hands on it. I don't know if it is quite possible with developers on freelancer but I would really like to pay a freelancer to find a way to get deepfake information with it. Any videos on the internet that are deepfaked, I want there to be a way to find out if it is or not. I want this to truly be revolutionary and I don't know if it is possible yet and don't know how much it will cost so I will keep the range decent. I also do not know what skills are required.
