create blockchain ethereum application

I'm looking for an experienced blockchain developer to guide me through the selection and implementation of an affordable blockchain API for my Ethereum application. I'll need to create an application with the following functionality. 





My application has multiple functionalities, including:

- Identifying new Ethereum projects based on their creation age and current liquidity

- Accessing all Ethereum token transactions. This includes detailed data such as: 

  - HEures 

  - Amount 

  - Buy or sell 

  - Wallet 

  - PNL 

  

The level of detail required for tracking Ethereum token transactions is detailed transaction metadata.
