apply blockchain concept on health service page

I want to build Blockchain network on cloud services (at least 3 nodes connected). The gole is to do .... . so I can enter small amount of data and extract results and write about it. I need tow simple web pages one for insert data and another one for query the data ( the web pages are installed on tow of the nodes). The fields of the web pages is : ID, Name, Age, Sex, Blood Type.Medical History. I need to be able to see the background work of Blockchain network and all info regarding : Mining time, Data movement, Time between nods, Size of the data... basically all info regarding time and speed and size of the Data. The blockchain algorithm can be ethereum or hyped lager.
