Zero Transaction Fee Blockchain Implementation

I'm looking for a skilled blockchain developer who can assist me in creating a new blockchain based on Cosmos Zone. This project is in the early stages, so we're currently in the idea phase.

Key features that I am looking to incorporate into the blockchain include:
- Smart contracts functionality: This feature will be crucial as I intend to explore the realm of decentralized finance (DeFi).
- Inter-blockchain communication: This will be necessary for interoperability and seamless communication with other blockchains.

One of the primary goals of this project is to enable zero transaction fees. Additionally, I need the ability to later adjust these fees, with a specific requirement of being able to set them with a minimal number of nodes.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in blockchain development, particularly in Cosmos Zone
