I am looking for an expert to create a small-scale Identity Management (IDM) system based on Zero Knowledge Proof (ZKP) and Blockchain. The purpose of this IDM system will be:

- Authentication and Access Control: The system should efficiently manage the process of authenticating the identity of users to allow proper access to the system resources.

- Data Privacy and Security: It must safeguard personal data and sensitive information from unauthorized access and breaches.

- Identity Verification: The system must have an efficient process for verifying the identities of users.

Specifically, I want implementation of ZKP for identity verification. Ideal candidates should have a strong grasp of ZKP and Blockchain technology, with prior experience in IDM system development.

- The system has 3 types of users (Issuer, Holder, Verifier)
- The system allow issuer to issue holder's credential on blockchain.
- The holder can manage his credential and create proofs for the verifier.
- The verifier can verify the proof.
