Create a prototype NFT marketplace on the following XRPL standards (any ONE of them can be chosen OR a combination of mixed protocols OR a fresh concept):

DELIVERABLES:
NFT Minting button (front end action button with proof of ledger minting the token)
NFT Transfer (front end action button with proof of change in token ownership)
NOTES:
*We need a prototype with proof of MINTING and OWNERSHIP TRANSFER at this stage. You are not expected to create a full stack marketplace at this stage.
*At stage1 we are testing your apt on ledger fundamentals, applicability and scaling. If you show us achievement at this basic stage (within reasonable hours)- the long term prospects can be good
*Ideally you must have experience with XRP or RIPPLE (not a requirement)
