Wordpress plugin development related to IPFS

I'm looking for a developer who would like to join my prototype development related to a WordPress plugin that works with the IPFS network. You need to have strong skills in IPFS tools and WordPress plugin development. In brief, this plugin is an elementor widgets addon and works with the backend settings panel.

This is a two-phase project, if the developer performs well in this first phase of plugin prototype development, he/she will be invited by me to the second phase of development in July.
