I'm looking for a developer who can create a Windows-based snipping tool for me. The tool should be capable of screen capturing with annotations, scrolling capture, and text recognition (OCR).
Key Requirements:
- The tool should specifically be able to capture data from the memepool.
- It should be able to capture and annotate screens, scroll and capture continuously, and recognize text using OCR.
