Web3 Project Manager / Community & Marketing Manager (Full-Time Remote)

We are looking for an experienced **Web3 Project Manager** who can also lead **Community Management** and **Marketing** for a token project **BNB Chain**.

This is a long-term, full-time remote role. The ideal candidate has successfully managed Web3 projects from development through launch and has experience growing and managing crypto communities.

Responsibilities

* Manage the software development team and project milestones.
* Review deliverables against technical specifications before approval.
* Coordinate testing, deployment, and launch activities.
* Build and manage the platform's native community.
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
* Manage social media, partnerships, newsletters, and community engagement.
* Track and report platform and token performance.

Requirements

* Strong Web3 and blockchain experience (BNB Chain preferred).
* Understanding of BEP-20 tokens, NFTs, DAOs, wallets, PancakeSwap, and smart contracts.
* Experience managing software development projects.
* Proven crypto community management experience.
* Web3 marketing experience, including token launches or NFT/DeFi projects.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

* Experience with African Web3 communities.
* Existing crypto KOL or media relationships.
* Experience with Gnosis Safe, Dune Analytics, or on-chain analytics.
* Interest in alumni or social networking platforms.
