We're The Defiant — one of the most trusted names in Web3 media, known for cutting through the noise and spotlighting real innovation in crypto, DeFi, NFTs, and beyond.
This summer, we’re launching a limited-run interview/podcast series (video-first) with founders, artists, and devs shaping the space. We’re looking for a confident, curious, and plugged-in host to lead sharp, insightful conversations that hit the right balance of chill and signal.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Hosting 30–60 min recorded or live sessions with Web3 creators, teams, artists
Researching guests and shaping episode structure with our team
Asking smart, engaging, non-generic questions (we’re not here for surface-level hype)
Representing The Defiant brand with credibility and authenticity
What We’re Looking For:
You’re active in crypto — Twitter/X, on-chain profile, NFTs, DAO contributions — we need proof you live this world
Clear, confident communicator with a chill, human tone
Experience with hosting, public speaking, or podcasting (please include samples)
Familiarity with tools like Riverside, Zoom, StreamYard, BraveTalk etc.
Bonus Points:
You’ve interviewed founders or creators before
You have your own Web3 audience
You’re comfortable appearing on camera
Details:
Paid per episode (negotiable based on experience/audience)
Remote, async-friendly
Starts Summer 2025, limited series with possible extension
