Web3 Gaming Platform Blockchain Developer Needed
Budget: $80 – $100 USD
I’m expanding our core team for an upcoming Web3 gaming and staking platform and I’m looking for a seasoned Blockchain Developer who lives and breathes Solidity. You’ll design, code, and audit smart contracts that power gameplay mechanics, reward distribution, and staking pools. Your past success building DeFi platforms will serve you well here, as many of the token-economy pieces—liquidity incentives, yield logic, and on-chain governance—map directly into our game loop.
What you’ll tackle
• Architect and write Solidity contracts for game assets, staking, and treasury functions
• Integrate contracts with an Ethereum-based backend and front-end dApp (React + ethers.js)
• Conduct rigorous unit, integration, and security testing before every mainnet deployment
• Collaborate with our Game Design and Product teams to translate mechanics into on-chain logic
• Review pull requests, perform formal audits where needed, and document best practices
What I value
• Demonstrated mastery of Solidity and common patterns (proxy upgrades, access control, pausable modules)
• Hands-on experience shipping or maintaining live DeFi or similar high-TVL dApps
• Familiarity with Layer-2 solutions, cross-chain bridges, and gas-optimization strategies
• Clear, proactive communication—this is a remote, async-friendly startup environment
Nice-to-have
While this listing centers on the developer role, I’m also open to speaking with candidates who can evolve into Tech Lead or CTO capacity as the codebase scales.
