Web3 Developer for Decentralized Applications
Budget: $60 – $80 USD
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Web3 Developer to join our fully remote team. You’ll be responsible for building end-to-end decentralized applications, from smart contract interactions to responsive frontend user experiences.
In this role, you’ll integrate blockchain protocols, design scalable architectures, and work across the stack using modern frameworks and tools. If you have deep Web3 experience, love working on both frontend challenges, and want to help shape the next generation of decentralized products, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Frontend Development: Design and build scalable dApps with integrated modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js.).
- Web3 Integration:** Interact with EVM-compatible or Layer 1/Layer 2 blockchains using Web3.js, Ethers.js, Solana Web3.js, or other Web3 SDKs.
- Wallet Integration: Support popular Web3 wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom, WalletConnect) and enable smooth, secure login/transaction flows.
- Performance & UX: Optimize full-stack performance and ensure top-tier user experience across platforms.
- Testing & Deployment: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests. Manage environments and CI/CD pipelines for devnet/testnet/mainnet deployments.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven track record building and deploying Web3 applications across frontend.
- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols.
- Experience integrating with at least one major blockchain (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, etc.).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React and frameworks like Next.js.
- Familiarity with Web3 libraries like Web3.js, Ethers.js, or Solana Web3.js.
- Comfortable with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile methodologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
