Web3 Community & Partnership Manager

I need an experienced, public-facing project manager to own our community presence and partnership pipeline as we take our early-stage Web3 startup to market. Your main focus will be nurturing an engaged, loyal audience on Telegram and Instagram—choosing the right tone, planning content schedules, moderating conversations, and turning curious followers into long-term advocates.

Alongside daily community work, you will identify, approach, and manage collaborations with other projects, influencers, and tooling providers in the blockchain space. Expect a fair amount of relationship-building, meeting coordination, and light documentation to keep the rest of the team aligned.

Please bring hands-on knowledge of Telegram community tools, Instagram growth tactics, and a solid grasp of crypto culture. Familiarity with Discord or Twitter is welcome, though our immediate priority is Telegram and Instagram.

Deliverables I’ll review weekly:
• Engagement report with core metrics and sentiment highlights
• Content/AMA calendar for the upcoming sprint
• Partnership outreach log showing status and next actions
