Web3 & Blockchain Course Curriculum Development

I'm looking for a Web3 & Blockchain development expert to create a comprehensive course curriculum for me. The curriculum needs to be structured into four levels - Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert - designed in a way that even Non-IT students can grasp the concepts.
Key Requirements:
- The curriculum should cover both real-life questions, case studies, practical projects and theoretical lessons at each level.
- Theoretical lessons could include topics like Blockchain basics, Smart contracts, Decentralized applications (DApps), Cryptocurrency, Security and encryption, Token standards, Consensus algorithms, Blockchain scalability, and DeFi platforms.
- Practical projects could involve building a simple DApp, creating and deploying smart contracts, and implementing blockchain security measures.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- More than 5 years of extensive knowledge and experience in Web3 and Blockchain development.
- Previous experience in curriculum development is highly desirable.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for Non-IT students.
