My Brother and I, are willing to make a Cryptocurrency Ethereum ERC-20 Reward token, and if possible, BEP2 on BSC Binance Coin, for the purpose of rewarding and encouraging positive health activity of the users.
We like to give the free tokens for reporting a positive effort.
1. What is our position with SEC? should we inform U.S Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other regulatory compliances for making a token or not?
2. We want to build a good token, as we may build our blockchain for it in the future. What is your idea and options for us?
3. Please explain us: how the price of this token will increase in time, IF we don’t sell it, and just gift it, AND if we want to sell it, how can we, and what you can do for us?
4. We need IOS and Android app, and a website. What is your position in these options?
5. Are you making a smart contract for us?
6. We want to list in Etherscan, and exchange markets like Coinmarketcap, Coingecko, binance, OR where you can list us? How much is it costs?
7. Regarding a wallet, definitely we need wallet and making a wallet for the customers, or can we use / or the customers use other wallets, like metamask?
8. How to secure our idea and the token we make to do not let others copy our idea?
9. Are you able to design the logo for us?
10. We may like to have crowd funding option for this project, what is ICO and how can we be in this issue?
