Test experiment blockchain in cloud.

First thing.
I want to build Blockchain network on cloud servers for research purposes.
i have a test experiment to entertain 150 records (between 6-8 fields) supposedly it's health records.
basically I want to build 3 nodes of Blockchain network may be in cloud services like Azure or AWS or Google cloud...
I need a web page to insert data and another web page for query the data ( the web page installed on tow of the nodes)
i need to be able to see all info regarding blockchain block, mining time, data movement and time between nods,size of the data... basically all info regarding time and speed and size of the Data.
the blockchain algorithm can ethereum or hyped lager.
the fields of the web page is :
ID, Name, Age, Sex, Blood Type.Medical History.

also i need 4 to 5 pages result of previous Experiment.
