Telegram Bot Development with Blockchain Integration

I'm looking for a skilled Blockchain Developer to create a Telegram bot for me.
Key Features:
- The bot should be able to interact with a blockchain platform of your choice, preferably Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain.
- This project does not currently specify particular functionalities for the bot, but it should be capable of basic bot functionalities such as sending automated messages, tracking blockchain transactions, and managing group memberships.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Blockchain technology and its platforms.
- Experienced in developing Telegram bots.
- Able to implement user authentication features, should this become necessary.
Please note that user authentication is not currently required. However, the bot should be designed with the flexibility to incorporate this feature in the future, potentially using a blockchain wallet for authentication.
