Solidity developer/ DApp specialist needed for a blockchain project

Build a hyper deflationary token with the following functionalities
4% tax on Every buy, sell and transfer
2% is distributed to every holder via reflection
2% is Auto-added to liquidity

For Every sell transaction an extra 4% will be taxed Which will automatically buy tokens and burn. Which means for every sell transaction, we have a total of 8% tax

Contract Owner should be able to handle the following functions

- Decrease or increase tax amount which includes the regular 4% tax and extra 4% tax on sellers
- Add accounts into the blacklist, which they can't buy or sell
- Exclude accounts from the blacklist
- Exclude account from tx fee
- include account in tx fee
- Exclude accounts from fee and max tx
- include accounts in fee and max tx
- Exclude accounts from reward

Anti wahle
No one should be able to buy above 0.001% of total supply for the first 15mins.

All transactions within the first 60 seconds of listing should be blacklisted

Smart contract will be tested by developer and team and audited by a 3rd party
