Solana Token Development

I'm in need of an blockchain developer to create a Solana token and a corresponding smart contract to facilitate governance and voting within my platform. This project involves:
- Developing a token on the Solana blockchain.
- Crafting a smart contract capable of handling proposal creation and submission, as well as implementing various voting mechanisms.
Please note, I only require the backend for this project. There is no need for a user interface.
They need to have skills within Rust.
