Solana Rust Smart Contract Development

I am seeking a Solana Rust developer to create a simple smart contract on the Solana Blockchain that can effectively airdrop native SOL crypto to 20-40 different recipients. The project's key requirements are as follows:
- Efficient Airdrop Mechanism: The smart contract should be able to efficiently distribute (or airdrop) native SOL crypto to a group of 20-40 individuals. The distribution should be possible in a single transaction or with a single click.
- Pre-Stored Recipient List: The list of recipient wallet addresses will be pre-stored in the smart contract. This means that the smart contract should be able to access, retrieve, and utilize this list during each airdrop without manual intervention.
- Flexibility for Recipient List Updates: The smart contract should allow for flexibility in updating the list of recipients. Specifically, I need the ability to add or remove wallet addresses before each airdrop operation. This means the smart contract should support easy adjustments to the recipient list as needed, without the necessity of a full-scale reconfiguration.
