Solana Blockchain Expert for Telegram Snipe Bot

I need an expert in Solana blockchain technology who understands the dynamics of DEXs to implement a Telegram-based snipe bot. Its primary function will be to quickly execute buy orders for new tokens listed on Solana DEXs. I am flexible regarding the choice of DEXs the bot will operate on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a robust, reliable snipe bot that can efficiently place buy orders on Solana DEXs.
- The bot should be controlled via Telegram.
- Develop a system within the bot to follow certain criteria for selecting the tokens to buy.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Solana blockchain, including creating and using bots.
- Proficiency in integrating Telegram bots.
- Capable of developing complex selection criteria algorithms for tokens.
- Excellent understanding of decentralized exchange operations.
I will be the one pivoting the bot's activity. Therefore you must be able to provide full control so I can be in-charge of its actions. The bot should also have the capability to evaluate new tokens per my provided criteria to determine suitable buy-orders.
