Smart Contract development

Looking to have a smart contract developed, which would allow the minting of digitised artworks. Current thoughts are to use the Solana blockchain, happy to discuss Ethereum now that the Merge has happened. A high level scenarios is - We take a piece of Art, digitise it, then allow for it to be minted to either the Solana or Eth blockchain, and presented as part of a collection on a marketplace, such as OpenSea.
