Senior Blockchain / Smart Contract Developer (Web3 Platform)

Description:

We are building a Web3-based platform with smart contract-driven transaction flows and are looking for an experienced blockchain developer to help us refine, debug, and improve the current system.

This is a hands-on role suited for developers who are comfortable working with real implementations, not just theoretical knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Review and improve smart contract logic and transaction flows
- Work on wallet connections and Web3 integrations
- Identify issues and provide clear, practical solutions
- Contribute to improving system architecture and reliability

Requirements:
- Strong experience with Solidity / smart contracts
- Experience with Web3 integrations (wallets, transactions, RPC, etc.)
- Comfortable working with existing codebases and debugging issues
- Ability to clearly explain technical findings and improvements

We’re specifically looking for developers who are comfortable:

Setting up and running a project independently
Exploring the implementation
Sharing real observations and improvement suggestions
