I’m planning a blockchain-powered platform that lets dentists safely buy and sell entire practices. The driving motivation is bullet-proof transactional security; every deal must be immutably recorded so both parties can trust the numbers without second-guessing lawyers or brokers.

Key capabilities I need written into the product:

• On-chain escrow service – a smart contract that locks buyer funds until all closing criteria are met, then releases them automatically.
• Built-in user reviews and ratings so buyers and sellers can assess one another’s track record before opening negotiations.
• Real-time notifications (web + push) for new listings, offer updates, milestone releases from escrow, and compliance document approvals.

An intuitive web interface will sit on top of the blockchain layer. I’m open to Ethereum, Polygon, or another EVM-compatible chain as long as gas fees stay predictable and security audits are straightforward. Front end can be React or Vue; I value clean UX over flashy animations.

Acceptance of the final hand-over will be based on:

1. A fully functional testnet deployment demonstrating a complete practice sale from listing to escrow release.
2. Source code (smart contracts and front end) pushed to a private Git repository with clear README instructions.
3. Successful third-party audit report or automated security scan showing no critical vulnerabilities.
