Sandbox game

I’m looking into purchasing Land on Sandbox lot size of 1x1 to beta test design work, marketing ability, and all possible monetizing opportunities. I need a designer who has a GREAT AMOUNT OF EXPERIENCE with Sandbox. Secondly, I need someone who understands how to monetize the land someone earning tokens/nft’s or who has built something for someone else and can share examples. Is this something you can assist with?
