Mainly I'm looking for someone who has good knowledge and understanding of the different blockchains and has heard of Terra Luna. Secondly, someone with Rust experience who is an eager quick learner with availability at the moment.
The smart contract will be very basic it will be a simple game with only two possible outcomes, fees, and payments to holders.
