Ripple wallet

I need to generate a new ripple wallet.
Then scan every 1 minute that wallet to see if there is any balance.

If balance is greater that zero, then transfer all to another wallet.
The transfer wallet to is always fixed.

Can be done in node, or java script then added to heroku
That's it.
