It should be divided into different sections as per the site https://vfat.tools/
vfat.tools have a github, you have to use that API to get the data. Before talking to me check the github and familiarize with the code.

I will give you code for two blockchains, but the code works to get the data. You need to add the part where code retrieves the information from users meta mask
Also need to add stake, unstake and claim functions as implemented in vfat.tools.
We should be able to sort the data according to all the header on the site.
