HR Recruiter Needed - Web3 Developer Sourcing (Performance-Based)

We are currently building a Web3-based ecommerce platform focused on crypto payment integration and scalable infrastructure.

We are looking for a freelance HR recruiter who can help us identify, approach, and connect with qualified Web3 developers (Solidity, backend, or fullstack).

Responsibilities:
- Source and identify relevant Web3 developers (Twitter, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)
- Reach out and engage potential candidates
- Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with our team

A "qualified candidate" means:
- Has real experience in Web3 / blockchain development
- Matches our basic technical expectations
- Is genuinely open to discussing our opportunity

This is a remote and flexible role with no fixed hours.
You will be paid weekly or monthly depending on performance.

Ideal Candidate:
- Female Recruiter who has own LinkedIn account as technical HR.
- Experience in tech recruitment or talent sourcing
- Familiar with Web3 / blockchain space
- Strong communication skills
