We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Technology Subject Matter Expert to join our team for a one-time, 2-week assignment. The successful candidate will work with us to formulate an idea and pitch deck for a Real Estate solution for a hackathon event.
The hackathon event is designed to introduce pioneering products in the Prop-Tech industry. This challenge invites participants to design and build hardware or physical products that leverage technology to enhance the real estate experience. Participants are encouraged to develop innovative devices or solutions that integrate with properties, such as smart home technologies, energy-efficient systems, security systems, IoT devices, or Blockchain technology. The goal is to create products that improve the functionality, sustainability, creation of the master plan or construction, community-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of technology and its applications in the real estate sector. They will be able to advise the software development team on the solution, its features, and other related aspects.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our team to formulate an idea and pitch deck for a Real Estate solution for a hackathon event
- Advise the software development team on the solution, its features, and other related aspects
- Provide guidance on components needed for idea formulation and pitch deck, such as market analysis, competitive landscape, value proposition, business model, and financial projections
- Be available to work with the team on a flexible schedule and be available throughout the hackathon period of 2 weeks
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of technology
- Experience in developing hardware or physical products for the real estate sector
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
