Python3 Moonswap Conflux Contract Creation and Approval

Moonswap is a website that exposes a nice UI to generate smart contracts to swap different tokens cross-chain. The moonswap website from my limited research integrates directly into the browser extension for ConfluxPortal when creating and approving the smart contracts to swap from one token to another. This is a manual process and makes it very difficult to automate the exchange of different tokens.
I would instead like to create and approve the same contracts directly using Python3. It does not matter what external libraries are used to finish this project, as long as in the end the project just 'works'.
